Standard Return Requests

For all return requests, customers must first contact our support team to initiate the return process.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • The item must be returned in original condition
  • Return authorization must be approved prior to shipping
  • Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted

Please note: Minor variations in print formatting, spacing, alignment, or layout may occur between production runs and do not affect the completeness of the book’s content.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped before our team is notified, we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement.

If you notice an address error, please contact our support team as soon as possible. While we will always do our best to assist, address changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment processing has begun.

Return Shipping

Approved returns must be shipped to our North American processing facility located in Canada.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • A valid tracking number must be provided
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected

Optional Resolution Alternative

In certain cases, customers may be offered a courtesy partial refund instead of returning the item internationally.

Acceptance of a partial refund resolves the matter without requiring the item to be returned.

Refund Processing

Once your approved return has been received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 3–5 business days for processing
  • Additional time may be required by your bank or payment provider

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be issued if:

  • The request is submitted outside the 30-day return window
  • The item is returned without prior approval
  • The item is returned damaged or excessively used
  • Tracking information is not provided
  • The issue relates solely to shipping delays after dispatch
  • The issue relates to minor print or formatting variations that do not impact the completeness of the content
  • An incorrect or incomplete shipping address was entered at checkout and the order had already shipped before correction was requested
